Chvrches to offer electro-pop sermon at Cain’s Ballroom this fall

Praise electro-pop Jesus; Scottish trio Chvrches just announced a fall date at Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa, plotting a worship service of sorts for Monday, Oct. 26 as a part of a U.S. tour that runs from September through Fun Fun Fun Fest in November. This marks Chvrches’ second concert at Cain’s Ballroom, last appearing there in 2014.

The tour announcement is no surprise. The “Mother We Share” act just announced their new album Every Open Eye (due Friday, Sept. 25) and dropped lead single “Lead a Trace” last week, making a U.S. run feel like all but a lock. Lauren Mayberry & Co. broke through in a big way with debut The Bones of What You Believe, and with Every Open Eye coming out through Universal, the buzz only looks to build.

Tickets for the show go on sale at 10 a.m. this Friday.
