Bob Dylan still going strong, to grace OKC with his presence this May

You have to hand it to Bob Dylan. Most 73-year-old musicians (especially ones with, as some would argue, a depleted skill set) would have called it quits decades ago, but the guy is still pumping out albums and touring like it’s 1970. And come on, let’s face it: We should be thrilled by the opportunity to see arguably the most influential musician in the last 100 years, no matter what you think of his new albums or live performances. It’s still Bob fucking Dylan, man!

Come May 3, Oklahoma City residents will have that opportunity, when Bobby D stops by Civic Center Music Hall. Additionally, those south of the metro — or even south of the Red River — can see him the day prior, May 2, at WinStar World Casino & Resort. Who knows, maybe you’ll candidly catch him working the casino slots before the show.

Tickets for both shows go on sale 10 a.m. Feb. 27, so mark your calendars. For the full list of tour dates, head over to bobdylan.com.
