Janeane Garofalo’s OKC show rescheduled for October

Rejoice, Gen Xers. Alt-comedy icon Janeane Garofalo just plotted a July 30 date at the ACM@UCO Performance Lab in Oklahoma City. Presented by OKC Comedy, the show is already on sale, so nab those tickets quickly.

The stand-up comedian and actress has starred in films like Reality Bites, The Truth About Cats and Dogs, The Matchmaker, Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion, Dogma, and The Cable Guy. She was a cast member of the Ben Stiller ShowSaturday Night Live, and The Larry Sanders Show through the ’90s. Her latest standup special, If You Will, premiered on Epix in 2011.

Garofalo recently guest-starred on Broad City, had a recurring role on Bravo’s first scripted series Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce (a role she left in late 2014), and later this year, she will appear in the Netflix-ordered miniseries sequel to 2001 cult comedy Wet Hot American Summer.

UPDATE: The show has been reset for Sunday, October 25 due to a scheduling conflict. All tickets already sold will be honored, but refunds are available for those who can’t attend the new date.
